At EduraAcademy, we aim to ensure the best learning experience. If you’re unsatisfied with a paid course or encounter technical issues that prevent access, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase.

Malay:
Di EduraAcademy, kami komited memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran terbaik. Jika anda tidak berpuas hati dengan kursus berbayar atau menghadapi masalah teknikal yang menghalang akses, anda boleh memohon bayaran balik dalam tempoh 3 hari selepas pembelian.

βœ… Eligible refund reasons include:

  • 1.  Course content not as described

  • 2.  Unable to access course materials (technical errors)

  • 3.  Duplicate payment

❌ Non-refundable situations include:

  • Completed more than 30% of the course

  • 1.  Live sessions already attended

  • 2.  Changing your mind

  • 3.  Late requests after the 3-day window


2. πŸ§‘β€πŸ« For Tutors / Untuk Pengajar

English:
Subscription or commission-based earnings are non-refundable. Tutors are encouraged to maintain clear descriptions and quality delivery to avoid disputes. If a refund is issued to a student, the earnings for that course will be adjusted accordingly.

Malay:
Bayaran langganan atau komisen adalah tidak boleh dikembalikan. Pengajar digalakkan menyampaikan kursus dengan jelas dan berkualiti untuk mengelakkan sebarang aduan. Jika bayaran balik diberikan kepada pelajar, pendapatan tutor akan ditolak mengikut kadar kursus tersebut.


3. πŸ” Refund Process / Proses Bayaran Balik

Step-by-step:

  1. Email refund request to refund@eduraacademy.com with your full name, course name, and reason.

  2. Our support team will verify your request within 3 working days.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.


4. πŸ”’ Policy Abuse / Penyalahgunaan Polisi

English:
To protect instructors, EduraAcademy reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated refunds, content misuse, etc.)

Malay:
Untuk melindungi pengajar, EduraAcademy berhak menolak permintaan bayaran balik jika terdapat penyalahgunaan polisi (contohnya permintaan berulang, muat turun kandungan dan minta refund, dsb).
